The location!! The food and drink service on the beach was amazing. The umbrellas and chairs complimented to guests at the hotel are fantastic. Only thing is you have to arrive early for the umbrellas like 730am to gaurentee you get one. The beach chairs are more prevalent, we got those even on mornings when we showed up at 10am!!! All made our stay extremely nice especially with kids!

The outside was nice although some instruction as to how someone could get away from climbing all the steps would come in VERY handy. I still can do so, but I saw a poor man struggling and I finally told him to go to the lobby and take the elevator to the Terrace. Should be noted somewhere. Terrace Bathroom was very far from the pool and beach..VERY inconvenient .

The lady at the from desk was very kind and helpful. Everything was clean and pretty quiet. Our room was very spacious and the view was really nice as we got to see the ocean and the bay!! We also got to attend the NYE Soirée which was so much fun!!

It was right on the beach. Very welcoming staff. The place is beautiful. The room was spacious even though it was laid out with both the bed and tv facing away from the ocean. Could have placed the furniture to see the ocean
